RECETA DE CREPAS DE CAJETA
Caramel Crepes
If there is a dessert that I love, and I always ask in a restaurant, are the crepes.Whether caramel, strawberries, dried fruit, candy, all are delicious and the best thing is they are very easy to prepare.
Go ahead and easy cooking these delicious caramel crepes.
Ingredients:
• 1 cup milk
• 1 egg
* 100 gr. wheat flour
• 1 teaspoon orange zest
• 1 cup evaporated milk
• 2 tablespoons grapefruit liqueur
· ½ cup vanilla caramel
· 40 gr. walnuts, chopped
· Butter
Preparation:
1. Blend milk with egg and flour until well incorporated.
2. Pour the mixture into a bowl, and add the orange zest. Move a little and set aside.
3. Brush a skillet with butter and put over medium heat.
4. Once hot the pan, empty about 50 ml of the mixture and roll it out in a circle.
5. When the crepe has a white uniform, flip and finish baking.
6. In a saucepan, heat evaporated milk, orange liqueur and caramel. Mix until dissolved and remove from heat.
7. Now, fold the crepes in the form of fans and accommodates 2 or 3 on a plate and dip with the sauce.
8. Finally, sprinkle with chopped pecans.
TIP: If you have vanilla caramel, caramel ENVIN used, and instead to decorate with nuts, garnished with almonds

TEHUACAN

CHURCH AND CONVENT DEL CARMEN EX It was built as a private chapel in 1724 and went public in 1747. Observed inside the traditional Carmelite shields and the main altarpiece is neoclassical dedicated to the Virgen del Carmen. Calle 2 North East and Reform
CITY HALL Nineteenth century and was known as the Upper House for its two plants. In 1855 it was converted into compound of municipal powers. Contains murals depicting daily life in the region, and its main historical passages. Rayon Street and East Street 1 Tehuacan Valley Museumt can see a sample of pre-Hispanic world cultural development in the region. One of the most notable attractions of the museum is the exhibition of ancient corn cobs.These findings, made by Richard McNeish between 1960 and 1963, revealed that in maize cultivation began in the Tehuacan Valley, 5000 years ago. SOURCE OF PEÑAFIEL Peñafiel caves were dug during the 1920 initiative of Don José María Garci-Crespo de la Vega, who created and founded "ManantialesTehuacán" in 1928. The tour begins in a beautiful cactus garden and inside is a mural painted by the master Desiderio HernándezXochitiotzin that deTehuacán relive history and mineral waters.In this gallery there are several springs, where water flows.
